The topic of amending the TO structure with a legal entity representing Debian has been coming up again during Jonathan’s last term and the following DPL election. The process of evaluating options stalled last time, we’ll discuss why and discuss which targets a Debian Foundation needs to fulfill and what legal / procedural framework options this leaves us to assess.
